Daily Caloric Needs

Daily caloric needs, takes into consideration your Basal Metabolic Rate, lifestyle and activity level you need in order to maintain your current weight. It's important to consider how activity affects your net caloric intake. For example if your BMR is 1500 and you burn 500 calories during a workout and eat 1500, you'll be at a net caloric intake of 1000 calories, which is well below your minimum demands. This ultimately will be detrimental to your overall health and fitness goals.
